Sunday League Football

Being injured sucks, but it gave me a chance to try out some sport photography. It is something i've always been interested in, but never actually tried because I am usually playing. It's interesting watching a game from the sidelines, you see so much more of the action. I tried to capture as much as I could, but it turns out its harder than you expect.

It was a gloomy day which meant I had to bump up the ISO to get a fast enough shutter speed to freeze the action. Also trying the get pin sharp players was tough. Still I will definitely take my camera again next week if I am still injured. I have already picked up some helpful tips to make things easier next time. I may even go to a Saturday Non-League game in the future.
